This tasty brookie is the dessert that combines the best of both disciplines: a brownie base covered by a layer of cookies with chocolate chips, North American style. Pour onto an elongated mold , covered with baking paper. Prepare the cookie layer: mix the contents of the cookie packet with the coconut oil. Incorporate well with a spatula . Pour over the previous layer and spread well. Bake between 22 and 25 minutes, at 180 ºC. Let cool, unmold and serve with some blueberries.
